General Questions
How can I get a quote?
Simply visit the signup flow to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Cleaning supplies are included.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
Scheduling Questions
Can I get a same-day booking?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.
Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
When am I charged for the service?
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.
Privacy Policy
Payment
Please remit payment at time of service. We accept check, cash and money transfer via Zelle or Cash app.
We charge a $30.00 fee for all returned checks, plus a 3.5% processing fee for credit card payments.
We charge a $35.00 fee for payments not made within 48 hours of the job being completed. If for any reason you are unable to make the payment, you must contact the office immediately at 678-768-1234 to avoid the corresponding surcharge.
All jobs, including Deep Cleaning Services and Move In / Move Outs over $250.00, require 50% up front prior to work start.
Access Request
We request that a key be hidden, handed over personally, or placed in a combination lock for service. If the staff can’t get in, you will be responsible for a $50 cancellation fee.
Non-Specific Arrival Times
Due to unexpected interruptions, we cannot commit to specific arrival times. But we do provide an estimated time block and will strive to meet the estimated time.
Cancellations
You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance to cancel a cleaning. Cancellations with less than 72-hour-notice will incur a $50 charge.
We also understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and last minute you have to cancel us. No worries! We will work with you to try to reschedule a cleaning within the same week to avoid the penalty charge.
Weather
Easy Breezy Cleaning Services closes for business during severe weather. We will reschedule when possible. However, cancellation may be unavoidable in some cases.
Rate Change/Additional Charges
We reserve the right to reassess rates at any time based on the time commitment in performance of our services. This assures we meet our client’s standards. Also, please note extra charges may apply due to additional work required because of remodeling or recurrent cancellations of regular service.
Questions/Concerns
Direct all questions, request for appointments, and cancellations to the owner. This professional distance allows our staff to focus exclusively on cleaning. We strive to provide quality service and welcome feedback from you.
Guarantee
We work hard to give you the best service at a reasonable price. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns. We will correct the problem within 72 hours.
Holidays
We observe these major holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Should your cleaning day fall on one of these holiday dates, we will do our best to re-schedule your cleaning before or after your normal day. If a reschedule isn’t possible, we reserve the right to skip that cleaning.
Breakage
Our staff is always very careful and take all precautions to avoid breakage in your home. However, accidents do occasionally happen. We’re human. But if breakage occurs, you will be notified via the Checklist we leave behind for your review. The broken item(s) will accompany the Checklist. When you provide a copy of your replacement receipt or a quote for replacement for a similar item, we will reimburse you up to $200, If you own irreplaceable items — due to sentimental or antique value — please make us aware of them BEFORE service begins. We reserve the right not to touch an item. Our insurance company will handle any reimbursement of more than $200.
Termination of Service
We are very grateful for your business and are committed to earning repeat and referral business. Yet, both parties reserve the right to cancel services at any time for any unforeseen reason..
Condition of Service
You should clear clutter from the interior of your home prior to service: Toys and laundry should be put away; dishes stored in the cabinets or placed in the dishwasher. Surfaces that are covered with clutter will not be cleaned.
